Bundle loader 6,000 mm
The bundle loader consists of 2 units, each equipped with 2 resin-coated support rungs and one transfer carriage.
After placing the bar bundles in the support rungs, the transfer carriage is activated manually. As soon as bar is placed against the transfer carriage, the lifting motion of the transfer carriage is activated.
If a material bar is located in front of the separation and loading disks, the transfer carriage lifting motion is stopped and the operation to load a material bar onto the infeed roller conveyor is activated. Afterwards, the transfer carriage departure is activated and the next conveying cycle begins. If there is no longer a material bar located on the support rungs, the sawing machine is stopped automatically.
