The inclined magazine is a material infeed device for round material with a length of up to 6,000 mm. Suitably designed for large order quantities of round material and tubes. Handling of rectangular and square material upon request.
The inclined magazine is designed primarily to reload round material with the same dimensions and quality. It consists of material support rungs with manual tilt adjustment for buffering the material bars. A handwheel featuring a digital display is used to adjust the separation cams to the material dimension. The magazine roller conveyor is equipped with frequency-controlled driven transport rollers.
Remnants from 40 up to 2,000 mm are discharged in the cut piece sorting area towards the rear of the machine. It is not possible to restore in the magazine area.
All operating elements are located in the machine.
