The KASTOcollect nailmark marking device is seamlessly integrated into the machine's feed section and enables precise marking of saw sections on the face side using a needle marking system. The marking process takes place automatically after each sawing process.
The control of the marking device is fully integrated into the machine control system. Data input and display of the marking image take place directly on the machine control system. The marking capability is already checked during order entry, effectively avoiding possible downtimes, for example in unmanned operation.
