The KASTOload bundle is a reliable system designed for the automation of material handling. It consists of two units, each equipped with two plastic-coated support stanchions and a transfer carriage.
Once the bar bundles have been placed in the support stanchions, the transfer carriage is moved manually. As soon as a bar rests on the transfer carriage, it is automatically lifted.
If a log is in front of the separating and loading discs, the transfer carriage stops and the log is loaded onto the feed roller conveyor. The transfer carriage then moves back and the next conveying cycle begins. If there is no more bar on the supports, the sawing system switches off automatically.
