The KASTOpick sawcell is a reliable manipulator that enables bar material to be changed quickly between the long goods cassettes of the UNICOMPACT honeycomb system and a metal sawing machine. With its robust design and flexible forks, it offers a safe and reliable solution for handling bar material in a wide range of shapes and sizes. The mobile forks can handle a single bar with a maximum length of 6.5 metres or two bars in a row with lengths of up to 3.2 metres. The construction is designed for material of up to 2 x 1.3 tonnes and a diameter of 0 to 300 mm. The manipulator is designed to work unmanned around the clock and optimise the material flow in your company.
