KASTOrail

KASTOrail is an intelligent material distribution system that efficiently and ergonomically prepares picking bundles for dispatch. At the same time, individual materials, such as beams, can also be transported between processing cuts.

The system works with a combination of manipulator and material polder chain conveyors, whereby the material is reliably transported both lengthways and crossways. For optimum space utilisation, the KASTOrail manipulator travels on raised rails.

KASTOrail enables you to combine storage, production processes (such as blasting and preservation), order picking and dispatch fully automatically. It serves as an unmanned means of transport and as a dispatch buffer.
